LaTeX update in teTeX

The LaTeX package in teTeX was just updated, mainly update to the december
release of LaTeX. But there are also some new packages and some packages
that are updated.

The teTeX files in base[12] and goodies[123] contain the unchanged 0.2.1
version of teTeX. To upgrade from 0.2.1 to 0.2.2, you need to install
latex-new.tar.gz and latex-doc.tar.gz from the directory teTeX/patches.

patch.  A "+" is a mark for new and a "*" is a mark for updated
