sysmon3-3.1.0

- This release requires sysmond-1.1.0 or later. sysmond now ignores
requests shorter than 1024 bytes, and sysmon3 pads its requests to
  match.

- All the files in the package have been updated to provide more
robust handling of hardware or network problems. There were also
many changes to provide more concise and readable code.

  - Fix crashes when display items are turned off in the configuration
window, on a bad or missing reply from sysmond, and on an empty host list.
  - Fix sysmon3 showing data one refresh behind after a late reply.
  - Report "Connection refused" immediately when sysmond is not running.
  - Retry the host lookup if the network is not up when sysmon3 starts.
  - The saved refresh interval is now used at startup.
  - Fix temperature sensors with similar names (e.g. Core 1 and Core 10)
sharing settings, and keep sensors in numeric order.
  - Opening the temperature dialog after a missed reply no longer erases
    the saved sensor selection.
  - Only one configuration window can be open at a time; its sub-windows
    are now modal.
  - Fix the color dialog samples and the oversized spin box in the font dialog.

- Support for qt5 has been dropped.

- The user interface has not changed.

- Changes were made with substantial help from Claude.
