To install vutex on your CP6 system:
 
   1.  ``weave'' vutex.web with vutex.chg to produce a printed document
 
   2.  check those items marked ``system dependencies'' for desired alterations
       at your site.  Make the necessary changes to the vutex.chg file.
       For example, directory names should be changed, page_length should be
       determined, and the end of page actions in the routine finish_page may be
       altered to include a form feed.
 
   3. ``tangle'' vutex.web with vutex.chg to produce a pascal source file
 
   4.  compile and link the source
 
   5.  alter and install the nonascii.fnt file in the desired directory.  This
       file lists the names of non roman tfm files with a classification code.
